How to make yogurt: 
  1. For the production of yogurt you need fresh, homemade soymilk or a liter of pasteurized milk. 
  2. Distribute the whole thing into the seven flushed glasses, close with the lids and put them into yogurt maker. Then comes the big transparent cover.
  3. The device is then connected to a power outlet and for about eight hours, you let the milk mixture mature without any movement. 
  4. Then turn the unit off. If the maturation is longer, the flavor is more intense. The yogurt is then kept in the refrigerator. Then you can add fruits, jam, nuts or others depending on your mood.
